JCD ACTUATORS & PUMP TEST BENCH

All-in-one, Test Bench that incorpores the JCD hydraulic unit and Pulsation Unit in a single device. This allows the laboratory technician to test the HPI system actuators and ensure their repair. Additionally, it includes graduated test tubes to verify that the delivery measurement provided by the software is accurate. The software is integrated into a touch screen for easy operation. Its hydraulic unit is responsible for raising the fuel pressure to the ideal test ranges (240 – 260 PSI), and it also features a fuel cooling and heating system. All of these components come with their respective protections and electronic cards integrated into the control panel.

JCD HYDRAULIC UNIT

The JCD Hydraulic Unit allows the laboratory technician to generate the ideal hydraulic pressure for testing the actuators of the HPI system, which ranges between 240 – 260 PSI. It consists of a pressure control unit that takes fuel from the tank and raises it to the test pressure. It also includes a cooling system. Together with the pulsation unit, it ensures that the mechanical repair of the actuators is carried out correctly.

JCD HPI TESTER

The JCD pulsing unit is a device designed for electrical and mechanical verification of dosing and synchronization actuators belonging to the High Pressure Injection (HPI) system incorporated in Cummins ISX and Scania engines. It consists of a control unit responsible for generating activation pulses, a “flowbox” or flow unit in charge of measuring the fuel delivery of each actuator, and the software that allows control of the equipment.

JCD GRINDING & LEAK TEST MACHINE

Nozzle grinder and tester, this equipment was designed to verify the physical condition of the ISX injector nozzle corresponding to the HPI system, focusing exclusively on the check valve and the cavity where it is located. Using compressed air, it checks for leaks between the base or seat and the valve itself. It also allows measuring the valve’s opening pressure to ensure the valves are in good condition. Similarly, it enables the rectification of the cavity seat, as any roughness or cracks could lead to improper injector operation.
